Palm Beach County Commissioners will vote today on whether to cap the millage rate at no more than its current $4.78 per $1,000 of taxable value. Workshops and hearings for the 2016-2017 budget are set for later this summer and a final vote for late September. The budget year starts Oct. 1.

Other items on Tuesday’s agenda:

Trump: Set to approve the deal for a charity tournament to be held Nov. 7 at the Trump International Golf Club.

CRA: Would approve request to create a Community Redevelopment Agency in Lake Clarke Shores. The commission had sent the proposal back to the town in May after county staff said there wasn’t enough distress to justify creation of the CRA.

Security: Would approve an emergency contract, through October 2017, for Atlanta-based Norred and Associates, for security at county facilities.

Incentives: Would approve $500,000 in grants over six years to Sancilio and Company and $50,000 in offered incentives to an unidentified firm described as “Project CHOP” that would expand its West Palm Beach operation and move a regional headquarters there.

Palm Beach County Commission Meeting:

When: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Where: Sixth-floor chambers, Weisman Palm Beach County Governmental Center, 301 N. Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach
